Team of the Year
Staff teams may be nominated for Team of the Year by their supervisors or any member of the Faculty or Staff, through their respective department heads.
The Staff Council Benefits and Welfare Committee will select a team based on exceptional contributions to The Citadel in the following areas:
- Improving The Citadel environment
- Improve service to students
- Developing and implementing cost saving measures
The Team of the Year will receive:
- Lunch with the President of The Citadel
- Recognition at the Awards Parade
- Team of the Year Certificate
